| hey guys. this is aaron. you know, aaron chinn... from back in the day. yeah, life's good. schools going well so far. im kinda sick. hope i get better before this weekend. whats this weekend? tmea... texas music educator's association conference in san antonio. dont know what i'll be doing this summer. had been making plans, but it looks like they might not happen, so be praying that God would have his way. im way tired, so i'll just catch up with you later. but, hey, it was good to run into you. | | |
| yeah, so i figure i need to put some new pictures here for those of ya'll that dont have facebook. but that could take a while. greg and i have decided i need to post the top ten reasons i shouldnt be an electrician. that'll come soon. after all, if im going to make a return to xanga i need to get ya'll psyched and ready. i've got some big summer plans (that may or may not pan out) that i'll definitely let ya'll know about as they unfold. pictures should start to come more frequently, as i got a digital camera for Christmas and finally bought a big honkin' memory card for it. and rechargable bateries. yesterday was my dads last sunday at his church. i guess i havent told ya'll that he'll be starting a cowboy church in the fall... he'll be starting a cowboy church in the fall. now i do believe im going to shove off. peas my friends.
katie, i do indeed recieve your emails.
| wow guys. totally havent updated in fo-eva. and some of ya'll are even kind enough to email. what great friends.
im, uh, very tired of school. i have beaucoups of tests coming up. yeah, totally. met sarah's grandparents yesterday. it was great fun and her mom makes the best gumbo! playing a lot of ultimate frisbee, which is a great excuse not to go out to run. ok, i know its only february, but i am pretty much ready for summer. i bought a grill today at lowe's. the handle was borken so i made an offer of 1/3 the price. the lady turned it down, but hunted down me and ben, my roomie, a couple minutes later with another price. almost half off. im a sucker for a bargain.
i really miss pretty much everyone that i dont get to see every day. i feel like i really cant keep up with everyone thats not in beaumont (and some that are!). eh, c'est la vie. with a little luck i'll get to do a bit of driving this summer and hang out some. sorry its not quite that easy with ya'll in guinea, but know that i pray for ya'll a lot! same to you in the states.
well i've got to go change for the game. peas guys.
| word, my friends. word.
well, i'm back in beaumont. i've been working on drywall in bedroom #2 for the past few days. you'll be glad to learn that i dont have to drop any of my spring classes and that my graduation will NOT be delayed beyond summer 07. no, really. im totally serious... jerks.
Christmas was wonderful. i spent Christmas day in austin with my parents and uncle tim. the day was relaxed and pleasant. we did have a big family get-together the 29th with my mom's side. i didnt expect such a big deal to be made. it was just like when i was a kid - grandad with the video camera, the kids running around passing out presents (except i wasnt one of the kids this time), and cabbage & black eyed peas for dinner. ok, dinner was a little different, but it was almost new years.
played ultimate frisbee the other night. fun as always. we need more games. yeah, im pretty sure that was the first time i'd run since the marathon. definitely need to start training again. i do believe that's all for now. peas, my friends. peas and carrots.
